- We provide a 7 day feedback policy! If your service requires an adjustment, you have to let us know within one week! 

- We would love to implement an honour system towards the 24 hours notice of cancellation! Please be mindful that others could sit in our chair, provide the best notice you can!

- All In-Salon purchases can be exchanged up to one week after minimal usage of the product. The exchange is provided as a salon credit towards other product.
